Barbara Natoli is the Executive Director and Founder of Applied Behavioral Associates, LLC as a private company in 1987. Barbara is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, BCBA Supervisor, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (MA) and a Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (MA). She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from St. Lawrence University and holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, with a specialty in developmental disabilities, from Northeastern University in Boston MA. She has over 35 years of extensive clinical training and specialized experience in behavioral disorders and intellectual disabilities. Clinical and Home-based Teams serve children and young adults with a range of challenging behavioral and developmental issues across a range of diagnoses including Autism, Anxiety Disorders, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Bi-polar/Mood Disorders, Selective Mutism and developmental and communication disorders. Intensive Home-based ABA therapy and outpatient behavioral therapy includes outpatient/family-centered treatment in office/home/community settings, school consultation, and addresses behavioral challenges and adaptive and social communication deficits. Barbara has presented at many state and national conferences, and does ongoing professional development workshops in a variety of settings. Barbara is also a PSIA Level 2 Adaptive Ski Instructor, Children’s Level 1 Specialist, and Volunteer Trainer at the Waterville Valley Adaptive Sports Program, Waterville Valley NH.
